Our HOUSE is located in a romantic, old, fisherman's town called IKA – 5 km from Opatija and 1.5 km from Lovran. Distance to the  Adriatic sea is only150 m.
We offer our  Guests  Apartment 2  (+2 ),  Studio apartment 2 (+1)and  separate Room 2 (+1 , balcony, air-conditioner). The guests  have an exit onto our exotic garden where they can enjoy the flowers, fragrances and colours of our rich Mediterranean flora . The garden area of the house also has toys for kids.
There you can rest and enjoy  in the afternoon shade or prepare excellent Adriatic fish on the grill,...
